- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottles.
- Sushi rolls and tempura not observed to be stored at room temperature.
- Thawing not performed at the time of inspection.
- Utensil holder maintained in sanitary condition.
- Cover for the sandwich cooler installed. Insert and bottom section maintained at below 4C.
