Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (High temperature dishwasher achieved 54.9'C at the plate level after final rinse. Temperature gauges broken. Facility is not equipped to conduct manual dishwashing. Closure Order issued at this time. )

Follow-up inspection conducted:

CODE 302 CORRECTED. High temperature dishwasher repaired and achieved 73.4'C at the plate level after final rinse.

Ensure to check the temperature gauge above- RINSE >82'C (180'F) before running the first load. All serving dished/utensils placed in the dishwasher to be rewashed/sanitized prior to be used for customers.
Closure Order issued on Oct 3, 2017 now rescinded. Facility may reopen for service.

Follow-up inspection for Code 304 and 306 still to be conducted next Wednesday, Oct 11, 2017.
