- no obvious signs of pests during inspection
- all freezers are < -18 Degrees Celsius

- Food is well protected ( covered and off the ground)
- High temp dishwasher @ 75.5 Degrees Celsius
* Donair sandwich pre p cooler across handsink internal tem perature 7 Degrees Celsius @ time of inspection. food on top of prep cooler @ 4 Degrees Celsius. Monitor thermometer to ensure cooler is 40 Degrees Fahrenheit/4 Degrees Celsius or less. Repair / Adjust cooler if temperature is 4 Degrees Celsius /40 Degrees Fahrenheit or higher
