Contents measured <4C at the time of inspection - good BOH sanitizer bucket measured 100 ppm chlorine - good BOH handwash station stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water - good Cleaning in areas noted in previous routine inspection has been completed. Operator has purchased new fan for above the grill area - good fruit fly activity in the BOH has decreased - good Operator has removed some equipment from the auxiliary storage room Ensure that all unnecessary equipment is removed within 1 month.
