- Staff member made new sanitizer during time of inspection, concentration now at 200ppm

Observation: During time of inspection, observed slight syrup residue accumulation above and on china board in back of facility (located above frozen yogurt machines)
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure this area is wiped down, cleaned and maintained as needed
- Ensure to focus on hard to reach areas like these as well as rest of facility during cleaning

Observation: Chlorine sanitizer was located in 'windex' bottle
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure all chemicals are properly labeled
- Ensure that spray bottles used previously for other chemicals are not used again for different chemicals
- Purchase new bottle for sanitizer and label accordingly

- All temperatures meet health requirements:
*Walk in cooler at <4'C
*Walk in freezer at -18'C
*Beverage cooler at 4'C
*Small 'Beverage -Air' freezer at -16'C
- 'Sanitizer' sink concentration at 100ppm
- 'Toppings' stations maintained in good sanitary condition during time of inspection
- Good storage practices being employed, all products kept covered, sealed and labeled
- No evidence of pests during time of inspection.
- General sanitation of facility - OK
