Follow up inspected in response to report number ASIU-CZHTJS.
-Big improvements in the overall sanitation of the facility
-New ceiling tiles were being installed in the areas where they were missing during the last inspection
-No food preparation was occurring at the time of inspection
-Vents are in satisfactory condition after thorough cleaning
-Large food debris, oil and grease build-up have been cleaned up below the cookline
-Note: Further cleaning is still required in the hard to reach areas under the cookline. Operator had noted that the equipment in the cookline is too heavy to move therefore some grease and oil-build up was left. Continued clean up plans are in place to ensure that the hard-to-reach areas are cleaned to the best of their ability.
-No cardboard observed in the facility
-No bowls used as scoops observed in dry food storage containers
