Comments

- Hand sink in kitchen and in washroom were supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Good
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm in bucket for storing wiping cloths - good. Ensure to change this solution every 4 hours at a minimum or sooner if the solution becomes visibly dirty.
- Front and back door were closed at beginning of inspection. Ensure to install screen doors if you wish to keep doors open.
- Floors underneath equipment and mop sink area have been cleaned
- Doors and handles of upright cooler and freezer have been cleaned
- Interior of upright cooler and upright freezer have been cleaned
- Food storage bins maintained in sanitary condition

**Please continue cleaning and sanitizing in hard to reach areas, and ensure to clean and sanitize handles and all high-touch surfaces on a daily basis.
