Comments

Follow-up inspection to routine conducted June 18, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-AZUSU9).

All issues from previous routine inspection have been addressed and resolved.

- Ambient temperature of walk-in cooler now at 4C. Cooler was serviced - it was identified that one of the fans may have been installed the wrong way. This has been rectified. The walk-in cooler may now be used for potentially hazardous foods such as meat and dairy products
- All handwash stations are clear of clutter and adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- Meat slicer continues to be maintained in sanitary condition

Operator has begun to maintain temperature logs. Please continue to monitor cooler temperatures at least once daily (e.g. in the morning before service).

Thank you for your efforts.
