ITEMS TO CORRECT: - dishwasher remains malfunctioning. Part has been ordered. Facility is operating utilizing wash - rinse - sanitize - air dry methods. Upon arrival EHO observed facility utilizing third compartment sink filled with QUAT sanitizer 200ppm and actively engaged in proper dishwashing - WELL DONE - As per previous inspection reports the cupboard containing the hand sink at the coffee area requires future replacement. As facility is potentially undergoing a renovation this area will need to be addressed during this renovation. If any renovations occur ensure the appropriate government agencies (FHA and CoB) are contacted prior to the start of renovations for approval. ITEMS CORRECTED: - upstairs storage area has had rodent droppings removed and affected areas cleaned and sanitized - Timers observed to be in used today - Hand sinks adequately supplied
