Follow-up Inspection Conducted - Refer to routine inspection report #SDHI-CP3SAS for outstanding violations Observations: - General sanitation is satisfactory during inspection - Hot water at the dessert/sushi bar is repaired to dispense hot water at an adequate supply - Faucet is no longer leaking when the hot water is turned on - All hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - good! - No signs of pests during inspection - *Reminder: ensure to store in-use utensils in an ice water bath at all times to prevent bacterial growth and/or toxin production and to prevent contamination to food Notes: - Report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
