Comments

- All handsinks in the facility are properly equipped
- Cabinets and shelves are cleaned
- Ice scoops and ice well container have been replaced with new ones
- Food items that are delivered/bought in bulk are portioned into reusable containers with best before date stickers
- Very good improvement on organization of foods and cleaning of the facility

> Food items (chicken nuggets, dumplings, salmosa etc.) in the display cooler shall have expiry dates
> Use chlorine test strip to ensure that 100ppm chlorine is present in sanitizer during operation. Keep cloths stored in the sanitizer bucket. Change the sanitizer solution as required.
