Corrective Action(s): Today. Clean and sanitize the kitchen floor, equipment, & shelves.
Note: Professional pests service on site. Noted traps in the kitchen.

Comments

- General sanitation is acceptable but required attention (please see violation sections).
- Walk-in freezer was at -14 deg C.
- Walk-in cooler at 4 deg C.
- Three domestic refrigerators in the office (coolers <4 deg C/small amount of food noted in coolers/; freezers - satisfactory and empty).
Note: Ensure that a high temperature dishwasher had final rinse temperature at list 71C on the dish surface.
- Handwash stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
Note: The hand sink near the dry storage area is partially blocked. This is not the best practice. Move the storage shelf away from the sink.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser and spray bottle (prep area) were at 200ppm. Bottle was properly labelled.
- Test strips - available.
- Deli slicer properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
- Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
- General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground,covered, and in pests proof containers.
