Comments

Sliding door cooler has been repaired, however the temperature was 5.5-6 C at the time of inspection.
Repair or replace this cooler so that it maintains food items at 4 C or below at all times (Immediately).

Except cleaning in the dishwashing area and the cook line, none of the other outstanding issues from the previous inspection
have been addressed.

Correction Order issued.

Ensure that following issues are addressed and rectified within 3 days.
1. Thorough cleaning underneath the dishwasher to remove grease and debris build up
2. Clean floor thoroughly in dry storage room especially under the shelves, cooler, behind deep freezer and underneath wooden stairs
to remove old droppings.
3. Clean and organize the staff washroom area.
4. Clean floor and shelving in the walk-in cooler as well as the sliding door cooler.
5. Clean and repaint shelving in the 3-door cooler
6.Clean interior of the keg cooler as well as space underneath the bar counter.
7. Remove dust and food crumbs from underneath the hand sink in the preparation area.
8. Submit a recent pest control inspection report from the pest control provider.
