- Stand-up cooler at < or = 4C
- Stand-up freezer at < or = -18C
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 71.0C (Minimum 71.0C) at the plate level. Recommend to increase the final rinse temperature to provide a greater safety margin.
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available in spray bottle
- Mainly snacks prepared in this kitchen. Hot meals are prepared at an approved kitchen in Langley and delivered to this location. Temperatures of the food are checked with a probe thermometer upon receiving.
- Dry storage is maintained
