Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Main hand wash station in the kitchen did not have any hand soap (dispenser was empty).
2) Paper towel dispenser in staff washroom was broken, only a cloth towel was available.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Keep all hand wash stations stocked with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel at all times.
2) Provide single use towel or a hand dryer for staff to use in staff washroom.

Observation: 1) Observed a build-up of mold/mildew in the ice machine water reservoir.
2) Walk in cooler fan was full of dust on back side and a build-up of grease found on floor under racks on wheels.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean ice machine water reservoir area, removing all mold/mildew. Due: tomorrow
2) Clean out walk in cooler removing all grease and dust. Due: 2 days (Feb 7, 2020)

Observation: Two of four lights in the main kitchen area were broken.
Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace lights so they are fully functional. Due: 1 week.

Observation: Cat observed in the dining area with a food and water dish set out off to the side in the dining area.
Corrective Action(s): The dining area is still considered apart of the restaurant and cannot be here. **This is a repeat infraction and is a ticketable offense costing $115 per infraction. Please keep cat outside of the kitchen and dining areas.
