Cleaning as detailed in previous inspection report has been completed. Level of sanitation has significantly improved. It is critical that this level of sanitation is maintained to alleviate pest issues in addition to the Pest Control services which are in place. Any spills must be cleaned immediately.
Excess newspaper and cardboard have been removed from the premises.
Dishwasher has been repaired. 50ppm chlorine detected in the final rinse. Test strips present. Ensure chlorine is tested daily prior to use.
