Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted hand soap at two compartment sink in food preparation area in siracha squeeze type bottle. Operator purchased liquid hand soap in pump style dispenser at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store chemicals in food containers.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Counted 14 seats in the patron area at time of inspection. Premises was approved with a two compartment sink and domestic dishwasher. Operator must maintain less than 10 seats or replace domestic dish washer with a commercial dish washer.
Corrective Action(s): Operator took 4 seats away at time of inspection.

All coolers 4C or less (2 domestic refrigerators)
Upright one door freezer and 2 chest freezers less than -18C
Hot holding of rice 67C
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Screen was in place over open back door at time of inspection.
Meat slicer appeared clean at time of inspection.
Chlorine sanitizer in container with cloths submerged 100ppm.
Domestic dish washer on site. Operator confirmed it is working and puts it on sanitizing cycle.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. off the ground, covered..etc)
