Discussed the following as per initial inspection:
1. Ensure that in-use tongs are cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours or stored in ice water
2. Seal wooden board attached to fry cutter to provide smooth and cleanable surface or remove this board and attachment
3. Ensure any items not required in the premises are removed to facilitate easy cleaning, e.g. flower pots and wooden planks
4. Ensure that temperatures for coolers/freezers checked twice per day.
