Observation: There's some algae/mold growth along the pipes in the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all the ice. Clean the area thoroughly.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employees are using 99% alcohol and diluting it in water to be used as a sanitizer. This is not acceptable.
Corrective Action(s): You must use a food grade sanitizer to wipe down food contact surfaces. You can use 100-200ppm bleach/water solution as discussed.

General Comments:
Storage Unit upstairs: Chest freezer temperature -18 degC; Danby fridge 4 degC and upper freezer -18 degC. Mice droppings observed around chest freezer and in between boxes. Mall has a pest control company. KEEP ALL DISPOSABLE CUPS, ETC COVERED. REMOVE ALL ITEMS THAT ARE NO LONGER IN USE.
True refrigerator temperature 4 degc; undercounter milk cooler 3 degC; Danby freezer -14 degC (foods inside are frozen).
Handsink's fully equipped.
Domestic dishwasher with a sanitizing cycle is in use (latch has been fixed).
