- All sinks are fully equipped.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 71C during final sanitizing cycle.
- Ice scooper stored in a separate container.
- All coolers at 4C or below.
- No freezers in use.
- No hot held items.
- Diversey Virox 5 RTU (hydrogen peroxide based) disinfectant in spray bottles is in use as sanitizer.
- Monthly pest monitoring done by Abell pest control company - no signs of active pest activity observed at time of inspection. *Obtain written reports indicating pest activities and recommendations.
- Good labelling practice observed with prepared food items (wraps, sandwiches etc.)

*Discard the damaged/ chipped ice scooper. Ensure all equipment are in good condition.
