Observation: Noticed that paper towel dispenser has not yet been relocated from above the soup warming station. This could lead to contamination of soups when grabbing paper towels with wet hands. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Either relocate or install a new paper towel dispenser in an area away from foods or relocate the soup warmer away from the wall mounted paper towel dispenser ( May 20, 2019).

* Provide a thermometer in the back under-counter cooler. This cooler's temperature must be monitored and recorded on the log sheet every day.
* Ensure that staff write down the actual time when food temperatures and cooler temps are monitored.

Walk-in cooler < 4 C.
Walk-in freezers < -18 C.
Under-counter cooler at 4.3 degrees C.
Preparation coolers below 4 C.
Hot holding of soups, meatballs and chicken breasts > 60 C.
Quats sanitizer at the dispenser and in spray bottle tested 200 ppm.
Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Temperature logs are up to date
