Corrective Action(s): Ensure time/temperature monitoring is occurring. Discard food after 4 hours if maintained above 4C. Operator stated that product is discarded every 2 hours. This must be time and temperature monitored. Date to be corrected: Immediately.

- Handwashing sinks are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- Remaining coolers are maintaining food at 4C or colder
- Al freezers are at -18C or colder
- Foods in warmers are being maintained at 60C ot hotter
- Sanitizing solution contained 200ppm QUATs residual
- General sanitation is overall satisfactory

Covid-19 prevention measures:
- Social distancing floor markings are in place
- Hand sanitizer is available throughout
- Ensure daily health screening checks are being done by employees
- Ensure to post maximum occupancy
