At least 200 ppm is required to properly sanitize food contact surfaces. Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded and refilled the bucket with 200 ppm quats sanitizer. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces again. Follow your sanitation plan and change the sanitizer at least every 2 hours. Violation Score: 5
