Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution bucket by front hand sink was at 0 ppm; solution was changed but no sanitizer solution had been added to the bucket yet.
Corrective Action(s): Staff filled bucket with 200 ppm quats solution at time of inspection.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Cutting board observed to be heavily scored and stained. Potato slicer and lemon slicer had visible food debris build-up.)
Comments

- Both hand sinks in kitchen were supplied with paper towels - good.
- Vegetable slicers were observed to be clean and free of debris
- In-use utensils were stored in cold water - good. Ensure to add enough ice to water to keep utensils cold, and ensure to wash and sanitize utensils every 2 hours.
- Water level in hot holding units was sufficient. Hot held foods were measured to be above 60C at time of inspection.
