Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink blocked upon arrival of inspector. Tools inside handsink blocking use. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - items removed.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed at facility. Droppings found in:
- Front cupboard under beverage station
- Front cupboard under handsink
- Back floor area under electrical panel and pop dispensing unit
Lack of tin cats at restaurant. Only 3-5 sticky traps observed - some flipped over.

Corrective Action(s): .
1) Clean and sanitize all affected areas with 200ppm Chlorine sanitizer
2) DO NOT store crackers in bottom cupboards or any other food item or food equipment on bottom shelves in front and back until such time as infestation has been eliminated
3) Unacceptable number and type of traps. Ensure Pest Technician has installed SUITABLE traps. "TIN CAT" type traps are required in facility. Ensure AT LEAST 2 TIN CATS in the back and one in the front are placed on floor and cupboards.

Observation: Large gap observed under doors of unit. Two glass doors do not have door skirts.

Corrective Action(s): Install door skirts at front two doors. Ensure gap is COMPLETELY sealed. Ensure door skirt is installed such that it extends the entire length of the door not allowing any holes in bottom of door.
