All freezers relocated to existing dry storage room. Ensure this door is locked when back vendor is in operation.
Gap for backdoor still needs to be sealed to prevent pest entry. Please have this done by next routine.
The pest detective report reviewed onsite, no concerns noted.
Discussed with owner that new staff will require Foodsafe Level 1 when she is not in the store.
Sandwich cooler is now being used by Cannoli King for storing cold fillings (at 4C).
Unrefrigerated, filled cannoli behind sneeze guard are for display only. Fresh cannolis are filled by order. Premade fillings are transported from original bakery.
