Observation:
Liquid soap dispensers have still not been installed at the following hand washing stations:
- Bar
- Service Station
- Cooking Area
Correction:
Install liquid soap dispensers at the hand sinks listed above. Ensure all hand washing stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Comments

Follow-up Inspection: Facility not in operation at the time of inspection as facility is still not ready to open for the public.

- Liquid soap dispensers have been installed at the following hand sinks: bar, service station and cooking area.
- Under-counter cooler in the service station has been turned on and temperature maintained at 4 degrees Celsius. Thermometer present in this cooler.
- Prep cooler (close to tandoor ovens) has been turned on and temperature maintained at 4 degrees Celsius. Thermometer present in this cooler.
- Storage racks have been set up in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer.
- One rack has been set up in the dry storage area (near the office). Manager informed that another rack will be set up in the dry storage area for paper and chemical storage.
- Dining area has been set up with tables and chairs.
- Excess construction material and garbage in the dining area has been removed.
- Dough mixer has been installed.
- Ice scoop available in a designated container for the ice machine.
- All equipment is working properly.
- Plumber present onsite and was observed to be sealing 2-compartment sink to the wall with caulking.

FACILITY IS NOT PERMITTED TO OPEN AS THE FOLLOWING IS STILL OUTSTANDING:
- Wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry ALL dishes before storing them in their designated storage areas.
- Grate on top of grease trap needs to be secured to prevent a tripping hazard.
- Install dish storage racks above 2-compartment sink in dishwashing area.
- Ensure glasses in the bar washed, rinsed, sanitized and air dried before they are stored upside down on proper mats.
- Set up TVs in the dining area.
