Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BKLQSV: Scoops and other dispensing utensils stored outside of dry products. Under the counter freezer now at -15 degrees C. 200ppm quats available for use. Bar quats sanitizer 200ppm. Light covers pending for the light fixtures in the walk in cooler.
