Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potentially hazardous foods are being left out at room temperature during rush hour in too large quantities: tofu, sprouts, cut lotus
Temperaturs ranging 10-16 deg C (room temperature) and have been out there since opening >2 hours ago
Corrective Action(s): Discarded the foods.

Only take out SMALL PORTIONS during the rush hour that will be used up within < 2 hours. ANY LEFTOVERS MUST BE DISCARDED, do not put back in the fridge

NOTE: due to the poor routine inspection results all kitchen staff are to be FOODSAFE Level 1 certified. Operator identified 3 additional kitchen staff that will be certified within the month
NOTE: the outside covered area enclosure for fridges/freezers was observed unlocked -this can be accessed by the public and must be locked at all times
NOTE: exhaust vents next cleaning date sticker is expired -should be updated


A-Plus Pest Control comes in monthly -last work report reviewed shows pest activity -continue their services and adhere to their recommendations
