- Cockroaches observed on sticky traps.

- Replace the glue traps. Ensure treatment is done for cockroach control. Sanitation can be improved around the pipes underneath sinks, wall/floor junctions etc.

- Bleach sanitizer in bucket measured at 100ppm.
- 2 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Bleach is available. Drain plug is available.
- All coolers at 4C or below.
- Freezers at -11C to -18C.
- Hot held food items at 60C or above.
- No extra storage in the parkade as per the staff.
