Observation: Observed built-up of food debris and grease underneath the cookline, preparation coolers, and stainless steel worktables. Inspector came by for an inspection during opening hours. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aforementioned areas. Review and follow facility's Sanitation Plan on daily cleaning and sanitizing of premises. Cleaning underneath major equipment must be done at the end of day. Corrected by: 6 months.

Observation: No staff on-site have valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate within the premises when operator is absent.

Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-CHBRR2.
The following violation were corrected in report#JCHY-CHBRR2:
-Underneath and around shelving racks in the dry storage area observed to be clear of rodent droppings.
-QUATs spray bottle at the front servicing area measured at 200ppm. Chlorine sanitizer bucket in the kitchen measured at 200ppm.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
