- Walk in freezer is at -18C and below
- All hot holding is at 60C and above
- Observed staff doing the secondary cook step for meats after shaving from the rotisserie/vertical broiler
- Chlorine sanitizer measure 200ppm in spray bottles
- Three compartment sink for manual dishwashing available
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE certificate
- No signs of pests
- Ventilation hood appears to be well maintained, service sticker not present. Please ensure professional cleaning is done and service sticker is in place.
