Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer bucket at 0ppm
Corrective Action(s): Had staff show me how the bucket is filled. Staff were filling from dispenser at 3 compartment sink and adding water from the tap at the same time.
Instructed staff to ensure only the hose from the Quats dispenser is used to fill the bucket. Test sanitizer from the buckets and it was found to be at 200ppm
