Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Cooked potatoes held at room temperature. Internal temperature measured 17.2C. Surface temperature 19-21C. Staff reported that potatoes had been brought out of the cooler 2 hours prior.
Corrective Action(s): - Potatoes were discarded by staff at the time of the inspection. Cooked potatoes are potentially hazardous foods and must be kept at 4C or below or at 60C or higher.

Observation: - Mildew/mould noted in interior of ice machine. Yellow grime and hair noted in reservoir at bottom.
Corrective Action(s): - Do not serve ice. Empty ice and clean and sanitize ice machine according to manufacturer's instructions. [Correction date: today]

Observation: - Designated handwashing station in kitchen has items stored inside of it. Staff indicate it is not used for handwashing and hands are washed at the dishwashing sink.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove items from handsink. Ensure this sink is always supplied with hot and cold running water. liquid soap and paper towel. [Correction date: today]

Observation: - Numerous items stored in walk-in cooler and sliding door cooler were noted uncovered
- Liquor bottles stored in ice machine reservoir in contact with ice. Exterior surface of bottles are not clean and can contaminate ice at is a food item. Server indicated this was due to front beverage cooler not functioning. Ice scoop also present at the bottom of reservoir.
Corrective Action(s): - Cover all containers with food grade wrap or tight fitting lids.
- Bottles were removed from ice by server at the time of the inspection. Do not store any items in ice machine reservoir which may contaminate ice.

Observation: - Mouse droppings noted in the following areas:
- floor behind chest freezers
- floor alongside dishwasher
- under dishwashing sinks
- shelving in the front bar/service area
Corrective Action(s): - Remove all moveable items from floors and shelving and clean up all droppings.
- Use bleach solution to disinfect areas
- Keep floor areas clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring. Monitor areas daily for further activity cleaning up any additional droppings immediately.
- Contact qualified Pest Control Technician to provide service for rodents. Provide copy of service report and contract to undersigned. Follow all recommendations of Pest Control Technician.
- Seal/fill any entrance points
- Maintain a high level of sanitation.
