Follow up inspection: Corrective actions completed. 1. Cleaning of noted areas completed. Fume hood servicing and cleaning completed. 2. Food protected from contamination. Bags used for cover are clear food grade single use bags. 3. Hand washing sink at front retail counter now in working order with liquid soap and paper towels. Back kitchen hand sinks are fully stocked and in use. 4. Ice machine lid has been put back to cover ice. Ice machine is cleaned monthly to prevent contamination of ice. 5. Back screen door has been repaired. 6. Bottle of bleach sanitizer is now labelled. Facility now in compliance. Owner not available at the time of inspection.
