Wiping rags in use stored in dilute bleach sanitizer (100 ppm chlorine) 3 compartment sink correctly set-up for manual dishwashing, sanitizing compartment 100 ppm chlorine Display cooler 0 C, 2 door undercounter cooler (coffee) 4 C Mini freezer -12 C, 2 door undercounter cooler (microwave) 0 C COVID-19 Safety Protocols: - COVID-19 Safety Plan in place and available for review - Employee daily health screening system in place - Protective barriers in place at front service counter - Hand sanitizer dispensers provided for customer use - Indoor seating capacity has been closed as per latest PHO Order - Mask protocol in place, staff observed wearing facial masks - High touch point disinfection schedule in place - Lysol disinfecting spray provided for high touch disinfection purposes (contact time 10 minutes) - Hand sanitizer 80% alcohol available for staff and customer use upon request.
