White mini cooler has been cleaned and repaired - measured 3C at the time of inspection Sausage roll and quiche were cold held in the display cooler - good 2 compartment sink leak has been repaired - good Cleaning in the front of house areas noted in the previous report completed, however cleaning is still outstanding under the back of house storage shelves. Ensure that all items underneath are moved and area is thoroughly cleaned. due immediately
