Cooler seperated into two areas (back area of cooler used to be freezer), checked using thermometer inside cooler and using probe thermometer between cream bags. Corrective Action(s): Have serviced to maintain less than 4C or move product to back side of cooler (less than 4C) and soda to front side of cooler near entrance. Violation Score: 3
