Observation: Cooler 7.7C at front section near entrance. Cooler seperated into two areas (back area of cooler used to be freezer), checked using thermometer inside cooler and using probe thermometer between cream bags.
Corrective Action(s): Have serviced to maintain less than 4C or move product to back side of cooler (less than 4C) and soda to front side of cooler near entrance.
