*Small gap noticed underneath the back door that may allow entry of pests. Modify the weather- stripping or seal the gap
at the bottom of the door.
* Ensure to write down cooler temperatures on the daily log provided.
* Bleach sanitizer in the spray bottle was TOO STRONG!. Ensure to use only 1 teaspoon of bleach per Litre of water to make 100 ppm
chlorine sanitizer solution. Chlorine test papers must be available onsite.
