Routine inspection Hand washing stations maintained and provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - All coolers measured at 4C or colder. Freezers measured at -18C or colder. Ensure temperature monitoring log is available and kept updated. - Ice gets transported from Abbotsford in a sanitary bucket. Ice scoop observed stored in separate clean container out of ice bucket. - Soup measured at or above 60C. - Dishwasher registered at 76C at the plate surface. - Lighting in the facility was adequate. - Bleach water solution measured at 200 ppm in spray bottles. Operator is obtain chlorine test paper in order to ensure right chlorine concentration(100-200 ppm). Ensure to train staff in making the solution fresh. - No obvious sign of pest activity observed at this date. Staff stated that pest control company check traps twice a month.
