Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): An insert of butter labelled "keep refrigerated" was stored on the counter. The remaining tub of butter was stored inside cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Staff relocated butter into cooler immeidately. Ensure to follow food label instructions to store food.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station across sandwich cooler had no paper towel, the other handwash station across dishwasher had empty milk jugs inside.
Corrective Action(s): Staff refilled paper towels immediately. Ensure all handwash stations are equipped with soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water. Keep handwash stations empty and accessible as it is used for handwashing only.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two of the inserts in fridge storing cookies and muffins were not covered.
Corrective Action(s): Staff covered food immediately. Always cover food when not in use.

Observation: Mould noted around caulking of dishwashing sinks. Some food debris caught in between ledge of cooler coolers.
Corrective Action(s): Replace said caulking and remove food debris.
