Routine inspection conducted. Temperatures: All coolers were at or below 4C. All freezers were at or below -18C. Thermometers were available. Sanitation: Hand washing sink was adequately equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels. 200 ppm bleach sanitizer was available. Test strips were available. No pest activity noted during the inspection. Facility is monitored by a professional pest control company visiting every 3 months.
