The following items have been observed: -->Topping cooler is added to the monitoring log -->Temperature of topping cooler is measured at 3.8oC -->Foods are stored above ground -->Poison is removed from facility -->Rodent droppings have been removed -->Back hallway is now cleared - no products storing in this area -->Garlic sauce and ranch are now stored in beverage cooler at the front -->Sanitizer spray bottles present in all preparation area -->It is confirmed that a mop sink exists inside washroom -->Building management confirmed no additional storage room is available to rent at this time -->Operator has confirmed with 2 vendors on delivery dates - delivery will happen as many days as company would deliver (at least 5 times a week) Do not change delivery frequency. Keep delivery frequency as it is now. If storage capacity is still a concern next inspection, menu will be reduced.
