Met with General Manager, on site and she confirmed that 3 certified food handlers are available on site at the time of inspection.

Weekly daily temperature logs are available ( for hot and cold holding equipment )

Also, sanitizer's concentration is recorded daily in the spray bottle and at the 3 compartment sinks.
Test strips for quat are available at the 3 compartment sinks.
No Pest control maintenance company present on site.
Garbage area is self contained and enclosed. Maintenance of this area is under the building maintenance/landlord.
Janitorial facility - well organized
Hand washing station is supplied with hot/cold running water and disposable paper towels/liquid soap.
all wiping clothes need to be stored in the approved sanitizer at all times ( 'red bucket' to be in use at the front and the back of the store , and change the sanitizer as needed ) - corrected at the time of inspection
Informed Dining /nutrition guide is available at the customer /display area


Suggestion: ensure to have available contact information for the integrative pest control company by our next routine inspection.
