Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In-use stirring utensils were stored in a container of room temperature water.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the stirring utensils and container. While in use, utensils must be stored in ice water. Replenish ice as needed. Clean and sanitize the utensils and container at least every 4 hours.
