Comments

At the inspection dated July 13, 2020 there were 5 children and 4 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified.

The contents of this inspection were discussed on-site, however the completion of the Facility Inspection Report, and corresponding Risk Assessment Tool were completed off-site and were sent to the Licensee/Manager via (email/mail). Also discussed, that the administration portion of the routine inspection was not conducted today, and would take place during a future follow up inspection.

The outdoor play space has had some additional equipment built for the children. New site plans had been submitted previously and approved in principle. The construction work has now been completed, and the areas were inspected prior to use by the children. The new additions appear well constructed, and will provide much needed shade on the 3/5 side of the play space. The additions are designed from natural wood, and appear to have no visible hazards to the children. As no concerns were noted during today's inspection, the facility is permitted to use the space with the children in care.

The following resources were provided and reviewed at the time of this inspection:
· Resource Package For Child Care Facilities for COVID-19 Prevention
