Corrective Action(s): Discontinue the use of the dishwasher. The instructional Manuel states the dishwasher is not suitable for commercial kitechens.The dishwasher in food service establishment with more than 10 seats must be of commercial grade. Remove the dishwasher from premises.

- white fridge and reach in cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius
- top freezer of the white unit at -15 degree Celsius. Only bread products are store in this unit.
- hot holding temperature above 60 degree Celsius
- quats sanitizer available. Change solution regularly.
Note: the food premises offers bbq's on Friday's in front of the food premises without any protection of food from contamination and hand washing provisions.
Note: found a propane tank stored in the storage area. Do not store propane tank in the food service establishment.
