New bulbs have been installed in the chicken (rotisserie) hot display case. Ensure to check internal temperature of chicken twice/day. Baseboards have been installed at the junction of deli display cooler and deli area floor. Dairy display cooler has been cleaned. *clean all moldy food debris from under the air vents in sandwich display case *install baseboards throughout the meat(s) section *seal the gap underneath the storage cabinet Temp logs are up to date
