Follow up inspection to April 11, 2022 report #JKWK-CDERDQ. Corrections completed. Cleaning/servicing of fume hood completed by licensed professional. Storage of food and protection of food improved. New dedicated hand scoops on order and light cover replacement and installations started. Hose bib is no longer used on mop sink. Install backflow preventer if hose bib extension is to be used. General cleaning and other outstanding items to be corrected in allowed time indicated on previous report. Good work on progress. Follow up inspection in 2 weeks for remaining items.
