Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Sani-bucket in front and small coffee station sanitizer trays not measuring quats (0ppm).
Main feed dispenser broken.
Correction: Immediately switch to manual feed. Fill both large sanitizer buckets and keep one at sinks for easy swap.

Comments

Quats main feed fixed and working well. Residual at sinks +200 ppm. Sani-bucket at 200 ppm and both sanitizer mini trays at 200 ppm despite milky white colour from use.
Notes:
- Sandwich station could be kept cleaner
- still some fruit flies hanging around - hopefully this will improve after reno.
- handsink by dish sink under utilized and not properly stocked. Staff should wash hands prior to entering the prep/service area - and use sink designed for that purpose.
